Editorial policy
This page describes how we verify facts, how we correct mistakes, and how we handle conflicts of interest.
Accuracy and verification
- Factual claims (supported coins, fees, countries, custody models) are verified against official sources and carry a verification date.
- If we cannot verify something, we say so, or we omit the claim. Unknown is never turned into “yes”.
- Hardware and software versions, prices and country availability change. Every page shows its last verification date and a changelog.
Testing claims
We only claim “hands-on tested” when a product was actually used by us, stating version and date. Otherwise we use “documentation reviewed” or “not yet tested”. We do not fabricate screenshots, transactions, fees, user counts or security claims.
Conflicts of interest and affiliate relationships
- Rankings are never determined by commission. Editorial decisions and commercial relationships are separate.
- Affiliate links are marked as sponsored and accompanied by a disclosure.
- We only recommend what we would recommend without a commission.
Corrections
Mistakes are corrected and recorded in the changelog of the relevant page. Report errors via our contact page; we respond within five business days.
What we do not publish
- No financial advice, price predictions or profit promises.
- No “best wallet” recommendations for custodial exchanges.
- No near-identical token pages that only differ in the coin name.
